A team of artists from Morocco, Turkey, Indonesia, Palestine, South Africa and the U.S. created original works that journey through the liminal spaces between past and present, waking and sleeping, human and spiritual. They premiered in March 2019, with a tour to East Kentucky, West Virginia and East Tennessee, where the company spent one week in each location and participated in community-led public events and dances, musical jams, and potlucks leading to the premiere of the piece at the Big Ears Festival in Knoxville, TN.
